Refund Policy
All Whitewater Ski Resort Season Passes are non-transferable, and non-refundable without the purchase of the Refund Option. We encourage all guests to consider purchasing the Refund Option as we have a strict policy in regards to issuing refunds without it. To be fair to those that purchase the Refund Option and to ensure purchasing it has value in the future we ONLY consider refunds if the Refund Option was purchased.
With the Refund Option Whitewater Ski Resort will refund a season pass according to our schedule in the event of:
-
Injury or illness of a passholder preventing participation in the sport. Support or documentation from a physician that states the injury will require the guest to take more than 30 days off skiing/riding consecutively and includes the date of injury, must accompany the request.
-
The passholder's transfer by his or her current employer necessitating a change of residence outside a reasonably accessible radius of the ski resort. Those who are self-employed and are relocating are NOT covered by this refund option.
All refunds are subject to a $50 administration fee.

Covid-19 Assurance
This year we’re offering FREE COVID-19 assurance on all of our season pass products. If the Government Regulations require Whitewater Ski Resort to shut down for the season, or if the management of the resort decides to cease operations due to community safety concerns surrounding COVID-19, the value of your season pass at the time of closure will carry over to the following year! We will be using the structure of our Refund Policy as a guideline if this scenario occurs or in the event that government regulations impact a guests ability to ski or ride at the resort.
