It's Day 2 of our annual Avalache Awareness & Tree Well Safety Days up at Whitewater, offering an incredible opportunity to enhance your skills and deepen your understanding of staying safe in the mountains.
Today, our Snow Safety team will lead a Simulated Tree Well Rescue from 11:00am - 12:00pm and run a Snow Profile Demo from 12:00pm - 2:00pm, both at the top of the Summit chair, so our community can participate, learn, and gather some great tips that could help save you or someone else someday.
