Guest Services
Our Guest Service desk is located just inside the parking lot entrance of the lodge. There, you can arrange instruction with our Mountain Learning Centre, purchase a Season Pass, find out where the best powder spots of the day are, or offer a suggestion. Our friendly Guest Service Specialists are always happy to see you!

Whitewater Store
The Whitewater Store offers an exclusive selection of t-shirts, sweatshirts, caps and Whitewater souvenirs as well as a wide range of ski and snowboarding accessories. Along with some of our WH2O gear, Season Passes and other products and services are also available at our online store.

Rental/Repair Shop
Our Rental / Repair shop has a full range of parabolic skis, snowboarding equipment, and Telemark gear. We also have backcountry touring avalanche safety gear for rent including tranceivers, shovels, probes, skins, packs, skis with touring bindings and snowshoes. If you forget anything, drop by our rental shop. We have jackets and pants, helmets and goggles for your comfort.

Toddler care
For 18 months to under 6 years. If your little ones are not quite ready for skis, leave them with our fully qualified child care attendants. Our licensed, professional daycare offers parents peace of mind during their day on the slopes.  Our capacity in the daycare is 11 children - and we take children based on a first come first serve basis.  Children who are 18 months to 2 years old count as two children. The cost for the daycare mid-week is now $6.00 per hour and $8.00 per hour on weekends.  Books of 10 are available for $75.00 and we are open daily from 8:30AM to 3:30PM. 

Lockers
Day Lockers are available for rent on the lower level of the Lodge.

Fresh Tracks cafe
The Fresh Tracks Cafe will tantalize your taste buds! From samosas and wraps to char-broiled burgers, Whitewater is renowned for our unusual menu and fabulous daily specials. We serve hearty breakfasts, fresh baked goods and a plethora of home made soups and curry bowls to fill your belly.

Last Run at Coal Oil Johnny's Pub
Last Run at Coal Oil Johnny's offers a table service menu and après fun snacks. The frosty beer, friendly folks and deep tales are a perfect way to end a great day!

Instruction
Our CSIA and CASI certified instructors can help you reach your optimal ski and snowboarding potential. Whether it's your first time out or you're a seasoned pro, private ski, snowboard and telemark lessons are available daily for adults, youth and young folk. Parking
Two parking lots are available for day use conveniently located close to each Chairlift.

Downtown Services
Our downtown office is located in the Whitewater building at 513 Victoria Street in Nelson. Open 5 days a week until snow season, then 7 days a week, we welcome you to stop by for general inquires, daily business or just to say hi! The Gravity Climbing Wall, on the main floor, offers indoor climbing for all ages and abilities.
