SROAMazing Race

The students from the Ski Resort Operations & Management (SROAM) Program at Selkirk College are proud to announce the return of the SROAMazing Race at Whitewater Ski Resort! This year’s event will take place on Friday, March 21, 2025 at 1:00pm.
The annual SROAMazing Race includes a variety of family-friendly activities and challenges organized by first-year SROAM students. Participation in the race requires teams of four snow-lovers of any age, so get your friends and family together to spend a memorable day on the mountain. Tons of prizes will be up for grabs from our amazing sponsors, including one for Best-Dressed team! Teams are highly encouraged to participate while wearing their favourite funky, retro-themed attire.
Pre-registration for the race is $40 per team or $10 per person, with proceeds going towards the Team GIVE’R Foundation, a Rossland non-profit organization supporting local youth and young adults, helping them follow their passions. Early bird pricing ends March 18th, with prices going up $5 per person after that
Final Registration for the SROAMazing Race will begin on the day of at 12:00pm in the Whitewater base area, with race kickoff at 1:00pm. The prize ceremony will be taking place at 3:00pm, followed by the raffle draw at 3:30pm.
