At 5400ft, Whitewater's Fresh Tracks Café is an unexpected delight. Serving fresh, creative, wholesome meals that defy the expectations of typical ski hill food, Fresh Tracks Café is truly the feather in the cap of a legendary mountain experience.

The cozy, rustic timber-frame environment sets the stage for epic stories of knee-deep powder over delicious food and local Nelson Brewing Company (NBC) beer. 
 

Complementing our aromatic and flavourful hot beverages is a beautiful assortment of baked goods made fresh every morning. If you are sampling one of the many goodies for the first time, no need to make time for an extra run to work off that muffin - all ingredients are as healthy and wholesome as we can make them.

Due to extraordinary demand for our delicious food, in 2018 we opened a new, smaller café on the main floor of the Day Lodge. Fresh Tracks Café Express serves everything from coffee and hot chocolate, to slices of pizza and our famous Noods To Go! Grab a bite on the run or get a quick recharge after your laps at Fresh Tracks Café Express.

Originally the base of Glory was home to the resort's one and only food truck in 2012. This hot little addition to the Whitewater culinary family nourished skiers, riders, and Fresh Tracks fans year-round. In the summer of 2017, Whitewater sold the Fresh Tracks Cafe Express food truck to expand the Glory Lodge to an enclosed food service area with a wood stove and additional seating.

New for the 2023/24 winter season is The Tin, our licensed grab-and-go offering! Now part of our on-the-snow extended patio, you won't miss one minute of the action.

Experience Whitewater's legendary eats with a whole new view of Ymir. It's the food you know and love with a twist at our brand-new Hummingbird Lodge, located next to the Nordic trails.

For years, the gourmet recipes made famous by Shelley Adams were as unattainable as a snowflake in July. So guarded were some of the ingredients that employees had to swear an oath of secrecy before being allowed in or out of the kitchen. To those of you who, for years, have begged for the ingredients to the Whitewater Burger Sauce or Glory Bowl, we say, "Whitewater Cooks, Bon Appetit!"
