It is hard to believe that the food truck will be here soon! Many people have been working feverishly to get this amazing addition to the Whitewater family a reality, and HERE SHE COMES! Preparations were still happening at the final hour as the team at Food Cart USA put on the final touches. It must be perfect! The driver waits patiently. Then??.It was off! Fresh Tracks Cafe Express takes off for its first ever adventure (but definitely not its last!) with 1600 miles to make it to its new home here in Nelson, BC. No biggie. Lookin' good!First stop, first fueling, and first person to ask, ??What is Pow Chow??? The answer, well, you will have to come to Nelson to find out!With just a small rest in Pearsonville, CA it was an early AM start ?? to eager to sit still too long!Although eager, the truck makes sure to take in the scenary??Stay tuned for more adventure of the Fresh Tracks Cafe Express, and keep your eyes open as it is out on the prowl. And for those locals ?? it will be rolling home very soon!The trucks winter destination is almost complete as well, below is an image of the structure being built at the base of the Glory Chair. This means that for those lucky season pass holders, you will no longer need to make your way to the main lodge to fuel up. Grab some Pow Chow from the Fresh Tracks Cafe Express and go get some more face shots! So make sure to put stopping by the Whitewater downtown office the weekend of September 29 & 30 on your list.
