Pick Up Your Pass

Have you picked up your pass yet?  Whitewater's tentative Opening Day for the 2018/19 winter season is December 7th, 2018. That’s only a few short weeks until we’re locked and loaded for another winter of sliding on snow. Opening Day is always exciting but can also leave us a little frazzled. There’s a lot to think about; do you have your pass, your boots, your goggles…It’s important to make sure you remember to triple check the “Ready to Shred” list.  First and foremost, we think it’s important to get your Season's Pass printed and ready to rock. We think this is so important that the sole purpose of this piece of literature is to remind you to do so. Our downtown office (602 Lake St) is open Monday - Friday now until Opening Day. In addition to this, we have made the decision to keep our Lake St location open on Saturday, December 1st to give you an extra opportunity to get your pass printed before Opening Day – which is a Friday in case you haven’t slotted it in on your calendar.

You can also wait and pick up your at our Guest Services building on the mountain on your first day of shredding. It’s not like we don’t recommend this but we think it’d be better if you had your pass before Opening Day when you’ll want to be shredding, not filling out your waiver.

Pro Tip: Take last years pass off of your jacket and replace it with this years. Nothing worse than getting turned around at the lift line.

Other things to remember: - Goggles - Gloves/Mitts - Water Bottle - Boots - Helmet - Sliding Device(s) - Poles (if you're into that sort of thing) - Plastic - cause you know you're not going to be able to resist an opening day Fresh Tracks snack
