Spokane Shuttle is now 7 days a week

 

Ski Season is Coming and We Are ReadyThe Spokane Airport Shuttle will now be running 7 days a week, all ski season, to safely and affordably get you to where you want to go – skiing in Nelson or Rossland.  Or if you want to head south to shop or explore other destinations, use the shuttle as a locals’ means of transportation. Tourism Rossland, Nelson Kootenay Lake Tourism and Whitewater Ski Resort are delighted to announce they are enhancing the Spokane Shuttle service in association with Queen City Shuttles.  The partners have been working for 3 years to improve the frequency of the Spokane shuttle which runs between Nelson, Rossland and the Spokane Airport during the ski season, December 6 to April 6.  By making it easier to visit the area we are encouraging more destination travellers to book ski holidays to the West Kootenays.   Dianna Ducs, Executive Director of Nelson Kootenay Lake Tourism said that “we have been so pleased with the success of this service, and have effectively doubled the number of passengers in 2 years to Nelson and Whitewater.” For the winter of 2014/2015 the Spokane Shuttle will run with no minimum number of passengers required.
