Whitewater is hosting a Telemark Meet-up during Coldsmoke! Join fellow heel lifters at the base of the Silver King chair at either 10:00am and/or 1:00pm to get in some quality quad burn, meet some new faces, exchange gear recommendations, and maybe even plan future ski outings together. From mastering the telemark turn to fine-tuning your stance, there's always something to learn and improve upon, and this is a great way to brush up on your technique or learn something new from fellow telemark enthusiasts.
The group will first meet in front of the Silver King Day Lodge doors at 10:00am, and then again at 1:00pm. Come join for the morning, afternoon, or both if you’re a keener!
Cost: Free! No need to register, simply arrive at the Silver King base for 10am or 1pm.
*A Season Pass or Lift Ticket is required.*
Prerequisites & Packing List
What to bring: Telemark setup. Unfortunately, Whitewater does not rent telemarking skis so you’ll have to already own your gear.
Prerequisites: Ability to link turns on telemark skis. This meetup is not an instructional course, rather a casual meetup to get out with friends, old and new.
