What is the IFSA Challenger Series
The IFSA Challenger is a qualifier for the prestigious Freeride World Tour, where emerging athletes compete for a chance to join the elite circuit. Riders push their limits on massive lines, extreme terrain, and technical maneuvers in this intense competition, highlighting the best in freeride skiing and snowboarding.
How Are Athletes Chosen?
Riders compete within their regions in the IFSA Qualifier, with top finishers earning a place in the IFSA Challenger, the final step before qualifying for the Freeride World Tour. This system ensures global talent has a shot at qualification, bringing the best athletes from around the world to compete.
Where to Watch
The Challenger competition will have a three-day weather window from March 24-26. Spectators can enjoy the event in person from Goat’s or the Sluice Box Corner, or watch the live stream at the Day Lodge.
