Discover the art of capturing action shots in mountain settings with legendary photographer Stephan Malette. Covering everything from mastering camera settings and working with fast-moving subjects to approaching event-style photoshoots, participants will gain hands-on experience through the opportunity to photograph the Organic Slopestyle Competition taking place concurrently on-mountain.
Meet on the second floor of the Day Lodge.
Gear required: DSLR / Mirrorless Camera and beginner to advanced skiing / riding ability
What you will learn:
- Camera settings and the best angles, from far to close up
- What to prioritize when shooting an event or a group of skiers and snowboarders
- How to approach a slope top to bottom to maximize photo opportunities for each run
