All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-refundable with the exception of those suffering from COVID-19 symptoms. For the safety of our staff and guests, we are asking that anyone suffering from COVID-19 related symptoms remain home. We are also asking that those who have been asked to self isolate or quaruntine by their local health authority, have an appointment to get a COVID-19 test or have been in contact with someone who has to please remain home. All tickets will be fully refunded in the event that the resort must shut down due to government regulations or in the event that provincial borders (Canadian provinces only, not valid for US states) are shut down and guests are unable to arrive.
NOTE: Please familiarize yourself with our COVID-19 Policies, including that if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or are mandated by the government order to self-isolate that we ask that you do not visit the resort. Please ensure to contact us no later than 5pm the night before your arrival to ensure that we are able to roll over your ticket to the next available date.
